Job Description
- Manage both internal and external social media accounts (client accounts) based on each brands needs.
- Develop effective and relevant social media content strategies based on the characteristics and target audience of clients.
- Create, plan, and schedule daily/weekly/monthly social media content for various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, copywriting, and digital marketing) to produce high-quality content that meets the clients brand standards.
- Analyze client social media performance and provide regular reports with recommendations for performance improvement.
- Manage communication with clients, including understanding their needs, providing solutions, and presenting strategies and results.
- Oversee and collaborate with influencers or KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) as needed for the clients social media campaigns.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and apply them to client strategies based on their brand positioning.
- Complete tasks within deadlines agreed upon with the clients.
Job Requirements
- Minimum education of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelors (S1) in Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist, preferably with experience in a Digital Agency or managing client social media accounts.
- Proficient in using social media platforms and analytics tools like Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Experienced in handling various industries, particularly in e-commerce and fashion sectors.
- Ability to create creative content, both in text (copywriting) and visual forms, that aligns with the clients brand identity.
- Good understanding of social media algorithms, engagement strategies, and digital advertising (paid media).
- Strategic thinking and the ability to handle multiple client projects simultaneously (multitasking).
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills for building positive relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented, creative, innovative, and always up-to-date with social media trends.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in Indonesian and proficient in English (both oral and written).
