Social Media Manager

About the role

As the Social Media Manager at whiterabit, you will play a crucial role in crafting and executing engaging social media strategies to drive brand awareness, increase user engagement, and generate high-quality leads for the business. This is a full-time position based in our Jakarta office, offering the opportunity to work within the dynamic Marketing & Communications team.

What youll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube and Tiktok

• Create and curate compelling, on-brand content that resonates with our target audience

• Manage and grow our social media communities, fostering authentic engagement with followers

• Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, using data to continually optimise and enhance our strategies

• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform changes to ensure we maintain a competitive edge

• Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, content, and design teams to ensure a cohesive brand voice and visual identity

• Identify and capitalise on opportunities to leverage influencers, user-generated content, and other innovative social media tactics

What were looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a social media management or digital marketing role, ideally within the digital & search marketing industry

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive measurable results

• Excellent understanding of the latest social media platforms, trends, and best practices

• Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to craft engaging, on-brand social media content

• Experience in social media analytics and reporting, with the ability to interpret data and optimise strategies accordingly

• Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure

• Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams
