Juicebox is growing, and were on the lookout for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our creative and fast-paced team!

We love working with passionate people — but were looking for more than just passion. We need someone with a solid background in Digital Marketing — not someone who only learned the ropes through self-taught methods or online courses. This role requires strong foundational knowledge and proven experience in building, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns.

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with brand objectives

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (visuals, videos, captions) across platforms

• Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies to increase reach and engagement

• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to deliver cohesive campaigns

• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior to stay ahead of the curve

• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, DMs, and brand mentions

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Social Media or Digital Marketing

• Strong understanding of various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)

• Experience with Meta Ads Manager, analytics tools, and content planning

• Intermediate to advanced English language skills

• Excellent communication skills, both visual and verbal

• Creative thinker with an eye for design and a sharp sense of timing

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment

• Location: On-site at our office in Renon, Bali

• Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm)
