Social Media Specialist

Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Specialist to manage our brand presence on Instagram/TikTok/Youtube. Youll be responsible for handling, develop and execute KOL marketing management in brand awareness and optimizing ads for social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads). If youre passionate about K-beauty, social media algorithms, and viral content, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Experience on Instagram / TikTok / Youtube

2. Handling, develop and execute KOL marketing management in brand awareness, desire and sales

3. Work with the creative team to produce daily content (feed posts, Reels, Stories, TikTok videos) from ideation to execution.

4. Optimizing ads for social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads)

5. Monitor KPIs (likes, followers, comments, shares, CTR) and adjust strategies based on analytics.

Requirements:

1. 3-5 years in social media management (preferably in beauty, e-commerce, FMCG or lifestyle).

2. Proven track record of creating engaging content and developing creative campaigns that drive audience engagement and brand visibility.

3. Experience in managing social media campaigns and collaborating with  KOLs/Influencers is a strong advantage.

4. Have KOL databases (micro, mid-tier, macro & mega) and have a good relationship with KOLs/Celebrities.

5. Strong understanding of the characteristics and algorithms of major social media  platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube,etc).

6. Experience of handling a brands social media will be taken as a plus consideration

7. Optimizing ads for social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads)
