• Monitor social media trends and implement strategies to increase engagement and followers.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall campaigns.
• Analyze social media performance metrics using data analytics tools and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Make data-driven decisions to optimize content and campaigns for better engagement and reach.
• Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and best practices.
