Were seeking a Social Media Specialist in our Surabaya office to provide excellent social media management focused on the crypto industry, maintain accurate content records, and ensure compliance with company policies. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to boost engagement, drive traffic, and increase brand awareness within the crypto community.

• Set measurable goals for social media growth, including follower count, engagement rates, and conversions.

• Stay updated on crypto industry trends, new platforms, and emerging tools to keep the brands presence relevant and competitive.

• Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics such as engagement, reach, clicks, and conversions.

• Prepare organic content drafts to be executed by the design team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Communication Studies or related fields.

• Work experience as a Social Media Specialist for at least 2 years.

• Responsible and demonstrates strong integrity.

• Enthusiastic and passionate about technology and the crypto industry.

• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines, especially when handling multiple projects.

• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.

• Experience or knowledge in the crypto industry is a must.
