Social Media Strategist

Strategic Account Manager is responsible for creating effective strategies, managing team coordination, and ensuring all social media content and campaigns support the clients and companys business goals. This role also includes attending client meetings to explain social media management services, address client needs, and assist in closing potential deals.Job

Qualifications:

• Holds at least a Bachelors degree / S1 (Fresh Graduate are Welcome).
• Willing to be based in Surabaya with a Work-from-Office (WFO) system
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and their analytics tools
• Strong strategic thinking, demonstrated in designing, implementing, and optimizing effective social media strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and content quality

Main Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement social media strategies for clients and internal.
• Represent the company in client meetings to present social media solutions and assist in closing deals.
• Proactively manage client relationships & communication, conduct meetings, and translate their goals into content ideas.
• Coordinate with the creative team to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery.
• Monitor social media performance, report & analyze insights, and optimize campaigns.
• Stay updated with current social trends and platform changes.
