Sourcing & Planning Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement with competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Ensure efficient and compliant procurement processes.
  • Oversee logistics and warehousing operations.
  • Plan and manage demand, mitigating inventory risks.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Lead, monitor, and evaluate team performance.
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Prepare reports and recommend improvements to management.
  • Placement: Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan

Requirement:

  • Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields
  • Have experience as Procurement Manager (F&B is a must)
  • Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques
  • Talent in negotiations and networking
  • Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
  • Experience in collecting and analyzing data
  • Have a strong leadership skill
