Sr Coorporate Legal for Mining Industry
Requirements
Bachelor degree/Master of Law or equivalent in Indonesia and abroad;
Minimum 5 to 7 years solid experience in the related business industry (mining or mineral smelter plant is a must);
Strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations.
Indonesian native speaker, Fluent in English;
Expert in Drafting and Negotiating legal documents in English and Bahasa Indonesia;
Experience in dialogue with relevant mining and industry ministries;
Have strong ability to analyse situations and information;
Organized and responsive, attention to detail and able to anticipate requests;
Willing to travel on business trips (if required by the Company);
Great interpersonal skills.
Task and Responsibilities
Provide to the Legal Team day-to-day Legal advice and consultancy for company and others division, including but not limited to, analyzing legal risks/opportunities when advising the current business or when entering a business project.
Keeping Good Corporate Governance (GCG) throughout the Companys business activities (Mining and Industry).
Establish and maintain a good relationship with relevant government authorities, especially the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, Ministry of Ministry of Environment and Forestry, Ministry of Investment, and others government agencies.
Secure compliance of the companys business operations to be in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.
Advise on and assist with the Head of legal and team for documentation and issues.
Prepare, review, negotiate, and revise any legal documents (agreements, confirmation letters, amendments/addendums, side letters, etc.) related to the assigned business units.
Conduct Research and Due Diligence for the company business purposes.
Handle any day-to-day legal Corporate & Mining matters of the assigned business units.
