Sr. Electrical Engineer - Manufacture - Cikarang (B-122016)

About The Company:

• The working venue is in Cikarang.

• Our client is a Manufacture company. Currently, they are looking for Sr. Electrical Engineer.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop electrical system concepts for automation equipment.

• Program, test, and debug PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) software for machines and robotic systems.

• Integrate machines with industrial robots and ensure seamless system operation.

• Conduct on-site installation and commissioning of machinery in collaboration with mechanical teams.

• Create and maintain ladder diagrams, wiring diagrams, and electronic schematics.

• Build and assemble machine control panels (SPM) based on functional requirements.

• Ensure all control systems meet technical, safety, and regulatory standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical or programming issues on-site or remotely.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand and fulfill customer requirements.

• Support continuous improvement and documentation of automation systems.

• Perform additional related tasks as required by the team or project lead.

• Other responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering.

• Min. 3- 5 years experience as Electrical Programmer for PLC (Keyence, Mitsubishi, Omron) and automation.

• Strong understanding of electronic circuit diagrams, pneumatics, and wiring standards.

• Familiar with automation systems, actuator control, and safety protocols and robotic systems integration.

• Skilled in HMI configuration and operation.

• Experience in designing and building control panels.

• Able to create Ladder Diagrams for machine control programs.

• Conversational English proficiency.

Preferable Experience:

• Working experience in SPM company.

• Working experience in Japanese company.
