Sr. Manager HRD & People Development (Group Company)

Placement : DKI Jakarta - Bandung (Mobile)

Qualifications:

·        Minimal 7 years experience in HR, particularly in onboarding, training, and recruitment.

·        Minimum Bachelors degree in Psychology, or a related field

·        Ability to create KPIs and analyze data to improve HR processes.

·        Ability to manage the HR team and ensure processes run effectively.

·        Strong knowledge of HR practices and regulations, including labor regulations (Disnaker).

·        Having good interpersonal skills

Job Description:

·        Managing the recruitment process to find and select the best candidates according to company needs.

·        Creating and managing KPIs to measure the performance of the HR team and employees in achieving company goals.

·        Creating and updating SOPs to ensure HR processes run according to standards and effectively.

·        Optimizing the performance of the HR team to support the companys strategic goals.

·        Maintaining relationships with the Ministry (Disnaker) of Manpower to ensure compliance with labor regulations, handling labor issues if necessary, and following developments in related regulations.

·        Preparing weekly and monthly reports to be reported to management.

Developing and managing onboarding and training programs to enhance employee skills
