Job Summary: To lead initiatives in organizational design, performance management, and job evaluation. This role supports aligning human capital strategies with business goals and enhancing overall organizational effectiveness across PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk. & Group.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Management Business, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or related field.

• Minimum 7 years relevant experience in Organization Development preferably in the mining industry.

• Certification in job evaluation methodology or performance management is highly desirable.

• Proven experience in preparing and executing manpower planning, performance management, and organization structure evaluation.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, able to explain complex concepts simply and influence key decision-makers.

• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence senior leadership.

• Willing to be placed in Jakarta and travel to all working areas of PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk. & Group.
