Staff Finance Cabang Semarang

Were looking for staff finance (having experience in AR, AP, invoicing, cost control or cashier), for our branch office in Semarang with details as below

Responsibilities :

  • Checking NS before create invoice to the customer

  • Follow up payment from customer

  • Create schedule payment to vendor

  • Create cash report, bank (monthly) and submit to head office Jakarta

  • Create report PPH 21, 23 and PPN every months

  • Work closely with accounting team

  • Daily report to finance manager/branch manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree, majoring in Economics (Finance/Accounting/Financial Management) from reputable university.

  • At least 1-3 years of working experience as Finance/Accounting Staff, Cost Control, Cashier.

  • Well-organized, great personality, attention to details and able to work independently as well as in a team.

  • Able to work with tight deadline. Fluent in English (written - spoken), able to speak Mandarin will be plus point

  • Placement in Branch Office - Semarang.
