Tanggung Jawab
1. Berpengalaman melakukan perhitungan gaji, melakukan pendaftaran dan mengelola data BPJS Kesehatan dan Ketenagakerjaan serta lembur karyawan
2. Mahir menggunakan alat tes psikologi dan menguasai proses rekrutmen
3. Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik
4. Menguasai dan selalu mengikuti perkembangan UU tenaga kerja RI & peraturan pemerintah
5. Bertanggung jawab pada hal yang berhubungan dengan absensi karyawan, perhitungan gaji
6. Membuat dan memonitoring kontrak (PKWT), SP, mutasi, promosi dll
