Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to attract new families and engage our existing community.
Manage and grow our online presence (especially Instagram!), creating captivating content (photos, videos, reels!) that showcases our unique FMS approach.
Craft compelling stories, catchy ads, and engaging newsletters to promote programs and events.
Plan and execute exciting campaigns for new classes, holiday programs, and special events.
Serve as a key backup for the Customer Service team, ready to assist with parent inquiries via phone, email, and app messaging.
Provide support at the front office, greeting families, assisting with check-ins, and managing basic administrative tasks during peak times or staff absences.
Clearly and enthusiastically explain our programs, FMS approach, and benefits to prospective and current parents, demonstrating deep product knowledge.
