Staff Operational

  • Correspondence with local partner and local supplier

  • Brief the assigned guide and driver before the tour started

  • Handle operation hotline and courtesy call

  • Preparation of confirmed services of each file from inbound team

  • Provide and update any change service of client in-house

  • Record, confirm and prepare service of booked optional tours

  • Collect and record returned questionnaire of clients

  • Update and finalize actual service and costing of each file to accounting

  • Book or reconfirm to supplier / vendor of required service of each file

  • Prepare and collect filled questionnaire by clients from guide and update it on system

  • Receive guide report on actual cost of operation and report it to accounting

  • To prepare, provide and reconfirm specific services required

  • Other specific assigned task by immediate superior or Manager

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma, Bachelors Degree in Tourism/Hospitality

  • Domicile and ready to be placed in Bali

  • Fluent in English is a must, verbal and writing

  • 1 year experience in tourism or hospitality industry

  • Familiar with email correspondence

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proven track record in problem solving

  • Maintain and build good working relationships

  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure

  • Good organizational skills

  • Computer literate - Microsoft Office

  • Meet deadlines, ensure quick turnaround & data processing
