Staff PPIC

Qualifications

1. Bachelors Degree in Animal Husbandry, Agribusiness, Food Technology, Industry or a related field

2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in staff PPIC, have experience in animal feed manufacturing (Aqua Feed) is a plus

3. Able to use advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, etc.)

4. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills

5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment

6. Familiarity with ERP systems and tools, such as SAP or Oracle

7. Fluency in written and spoken English

Responsible

1. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on sales requests and forecasts.

2. Arrange production sequences based on priorities and raw material availability.

3. Monitor raw material and finished product stocks to ensure production continuity.

4. Coordinate with the purchasing, warehouse, production, and QC departments to ensure a smooth process.

5. Ensuring that production plans are executed according to time and quantity targets

6. Preparing routine reports related to production realization, material usage, and variances
