STORE DESIGNER (Section Head)

Job Objective

Store Designer manages, controls, evaluates & coordinates all designs and engineering aspects in order to support the qualified technical executions timely. He/she also required to evaluate the standard box (stores building) design in order to keep it up to date and match with customers need.

Job Responsibilities

• 1. Controlling & evaluating the tender document (Design, Specification) before having aanwijzing with contractor.

  2. Evaluating, clarifying and negotiating with consultant or contractor in terms of Design.

  3. Coordinating Store Designers to deliver building shells, layout, and 3D images.

  4. Preparing new store and remodel store layout design.

  5. Designing furniture, equipment and tools.

  6. Coordinating the stores layout (both new & remodeling) approval to all related functions.

  7. Controlling the improvement and project implementation directly to the area (checking layout, material,and schedule).

  8. Survey in field and provide site visit report.

  Requirements:

• University Degree, with strong background in Architecture Engineering or Civil Engineering
• Good designing skill and knowledge of building material.
• Good knowledge of construction process.
• Advanced computer application: MS Office, AutoCAD 2D/3D, Sketch Up, Adobe Photoshop.
• Have organizational skills to bring together store designers, along with specialist consultants, with the aim of producing a good coordinated design.
• Min. 5 years experience of managing design team/project.
• Good communication skill.
