About the role

As the Store Leader at HAVANNA FAMILY REFLEXOLOGY, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our store. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the success and growth of our business, as you will be the face of our brand and the driving force behind providing an exceptional customer experience.

What youll be doing

• Overseeing all aspects of store operations, including inventory management and customer service

• Ensuring the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising

• Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive sales, increase customer loyalty, and achieve business objectives

• Analyzing sales data and making data-driven decisions to optimize store performance

• Fostering a positive and collaborative team environment, and providing coaching and mentorship to your team

What were looking for

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

• Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to deliver exceptional in-store experiences

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all stakeholders

• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with inventory management

• Willing to be placed at Surabaya, Sidoarjo or Malang
