Store Supervisor (SOLO)

  • Promoting all program in a store

  • Responsible for achievement of the store

  • In charge for all staffs under his/her supervision

  • Manage Inventory/stock

Requirements:

  • Maximum age 30 years old

  • Hold minimum D3 degree

  • Have minimum 2 years experience as Team Leader/Assistant Supervisor/Supervisor in retail store operations, preferably in Healthcare - Pharmacy

  • Willing to work with shift system (weekends included)

  • Willing to be relocated to other stores

  • Strong leadership, good communication & service skill

  • Having knowledge about promotion program in store

  • Proficient in English, spoken and written

  • Computer Literate

  • Energetic & willing to work based on retail business hours and used to work under pressure
