SUPERVISOR PURCHASING
Responsibilities:
Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conduct negotiations, and secure advantageous agreements. Continuously assess market conditions and trends to optimize procurement strategies.
Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contractual obligations. Address and resolve supplier-related issues effectively.
Cost Control: Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising product quality or supplier relationships. Seek out opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction.
Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure products meet established quality standards. Oversee quality control processes within the procurement cycle.
Contract Management: Draft and manage supplier contracts, ensuring they are compliant, up-to-date, and meet the organizations needs. Monitor contract performance and enforce terms when necessary.
Compliance: Ensure procurement activities align with legal and ethical standards. Monitor and adhere to relevant regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing industry.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Have a clear understanding of the current market and have certain resources, High priority for local sourcing of PCB SMT and copper wire related resources
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Able to speak and write in Mandarin and English is MANDATORY
