Talent Acquisition Manager
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess and hire high-calibre candidates
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and deliver exceptional candidate experiences
Lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
Lead the negotiation and offer process, ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages for selected candidates.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement innovative sourcing and recruitment initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally with HR and other departments to support the companys overall talent strategy
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Minimum 5 years experience as Talent Acquisition Manager, preferably in Property/Real Estate Industry
Proven ability to lead and manage a high-performing recruitment team
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approach
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs
