Talent Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess and hire high-calibre candidates

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and deliver exceptional candidate experiences

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence

  • Lead the negotiation and offer process, ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages for selected candidates.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement innovative sourcing and recruitment initiatives

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR and other departments to support the companys overall talent strategy

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

  • Minimum 5 years experience as Talent Acquisition Manager, preferably in Property/Real Estate Industry

  • Proven ability to lead and manage a high-performing recruitment team

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approach

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs
