Tax Executive

About the Role:We are hiring a Tax Executive to support our growing Finance team. This role will be responsible for managing monthly and annual tax reporting, handling e-faktur and tax slip issuance, performing reconciliations, and supporting tax audits. The ideal candidate will have strong technical tax skills and experience in accounting, especially in a dynamic retail, e-commerce, or trading environment.

Requirements:

• Willing to be placed in Cikarang Pusat (KITIC Area), WFO 100%, and can join ASAP.

• Have an intermediate level of English to be able to communicate well.

• Bachelors degree (S1) in Accounting or Tax, preferably hold Brevet A & B certification.

• Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or trading companies.

• Proficient in tax systems (e.g., Coretax, e-Faktur) and familiar with issuing tax invoices and slips.

• Good understanding of tax reconciliation, equalization, and accounting entries.

• Experience in handling or supporting tax audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit monthly & annual tax reports (VAT, WHT, CIT).

• Operate tax systems to issue Faktur Pajak, tax invoices, and Bukti Potong / tax slips.

• Conduct tax reconciliations and ensure accurate equalization.

• Record and manage accurate accounting entries related to taxation.

• Assist in and support tax audit processes and related documentation.
