• Educational Background: Soil Science Department - ​​Faculty of Agriculture

• Work Experience:

  - Agronomist/R&D who focuses on soil

  - Sales/marketing from a fertilizer company

• Domicile: Central/South/East Kalimantan

1. An agronomic background to live and work with farmers, distributor and industry influencer

2. Have a drivers license

3. Minimum 5 years experience in agricultural market in commercial or technical roles, preferably in oil palm

4. Team player, open communication style with willingness to impart and share knowledge at all levels. Good listening skills

5. Highly motivated and results driven

6. Excellent level of planning, development and implementation of sales and marketing plans

7. Computer literate in MS O365 and willingness to learn and use SAP, Salesforce and other internal systems

8. Intermediate level of spoken and written English

9. Frequent travel within Kalimantan occasionally beyond

   Responsibility :1. Work and collaborate closely with Indonesia and Southeast Asia teams to stay aligned on plans, priorities and action plans 2. Provide bi-weekly reporting on customer developments, ongoing trials and demonstrations, new projects/opportunities and competitor activity 3. Work with distributor representatives to make and implement trial plans with R&D departments of plantations4. Prepare and deliver agronomy trainings to distributor sales teams and agronomy teams of plantations 5. Collaborate with local institutions for further trial and development work 6. Handle complaint calls and address customer concerns, with full documentation of all discussions 7. Gather and document market trends, oil palm production information, competitor insights
