About the role

As a Technical Lead at PT. TRANSNOVASI BANGUN PERSADA, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of talented developers to deliver innovative technology solutions. Based in South Jakarta, Jakarta, this full-time position will see you spearheading the technical direction and implementation of key projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, user-centric applications.

What youll be doing

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers, ensuring they are aligned with project goals and delivering to the highest standards

• Design and implement software architectures that are scalable, maintainable, and secure

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and business analysts, to translate requirements into technical solutions

• Review and approve code, identify and resolve technical issues, and implement best practices

• Mentor and develop the skills of junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and incorporate them into the teams processes and solutions

What were looking for

• Significant experience (5+ years) as a software developer or technical lead in the Information & Communication Technology industry

• Strong programming proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Golang, as well as experience with relevant frameworks and tools

• Proven track record of leading teams and delivering complex, high-quality software projects

• Expertise in software design, development, and testing methodologies, with a strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and make data-driven decisions

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• A passion for mentoring and developing junior team members, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
