- Can stay at Jabodetabek area
- Responsible in leading the project dan manage team to work effectively and efficiently
- Have experience at Backend & Mobile
- Motivate and provide problem solving strategy
- Make a report, monitor team
- Experience in PM tools like Jira
- Understand apps development technique as software analyst & designer
- Familiar in financial industry is an advantage
