Technical Service Associate

Requirement :

• Bachelors degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences), or international equivalent, with +2 years of prior experience in a technical role within the pharmaceutical or related industry is preferred.
• Masters degree or higher, in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology), or international equivalent.
• Basic understanding of product development processes, critical process parameters, and formula development is desirable.
• Familiarity with scaling up products from lab-scale to commercial production is a plus.
• Knowledge of technology transfer activities is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols and procedures.
• Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal. Other languages are a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the Technical Services function
