Technical Staff

Now we are looking for Security Staff to be our family.

The Technical Staff is responsible for supporting various technical aspects in the production and development processes of fashion products. This role combines knowledge of design, production, and product quality with in-depth technical skills to ensure that the final product meets standards and satisfies market demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digit, Grading & Measurement
• Prepare Technical Drawing for item.
• Coordinate with pattern maker to prepare all measurements needed for producing an item.
• Copy Technical Drawing and All measurements given by Pattern Maker in the Specification Sheet Format.
• Compare all the data based on (Toile, Proto, Test Cut vs Size Spec vs Pattern) before going to production.
• Prepare point of quality for an item.
• In charge of the Pre-Production Meeting (PPM) to explain all the details about producing an item (Production Process and Quality Point).
• Compile all the formats (Style Information, Picture, Technical Drawing, Mini Marker, Size Specification, Quality Point and BoM) into one file named Style File.
• Prepare breakdown process for an item

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum education D3/S1 in Industrial Engineering, Fashion, or a related discipline
• Minimum 1 year experience in the technical fashion field, including production and quality control
• Can read garment pattern
• Strong personality and humble
• Can work individually and team
• Knowledge of fashion trends and developments in the fashion industry
• Ability to work with design and production software, such as CAD (Computer-Aided Design) or technical specification software (Adobe Illustrator).
