Technical Writer Staff

About the role

PT KAPIT MAS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Writer Staff to join our team in Denpasar Bali. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in ensuring our technical documentation and user guides are clear, concise and tailored to the needs of our customers.

What youll be doing

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and other instructional materials for our range of products and services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers, to gather and translate complex technical information into user-friendly content
• Ensure documentation adheres to company style guidelines and industry best practices
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve and streamline existing documentation
• Provide technical writing support for marketing and sales materials as needed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical communication

What were looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a technical writer or similar role in the Information & Communication Technology industry
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise and user-friendly language
• Excellent research and information-gathering skills, with the ability to quickly understand and document new technologies and processes
• Proficient in using a variety of authoring tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, and content management systems
• Proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications or a related field is preferred
