Tenant Relation

Qualifications:

• Diploma or preferred Bachelors degree in any major

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as Tenant Relation or Customer Relation in Building Management for Apartment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with tenants and team members

• Good negotiation skills, administrative skills and problem solving ability

• Collaborative and creative mindset, ability to work effectively within a team and on to deadline

• Fluency in English is required

• Dedication to maintaining high levels of service

• Proficient negotiation skills for various tenant related situations

• Intermediate to Advance Knowledge with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) and the Internet

• Work placement in Cikarang area, West Java

Responsibilities:

• Handle all tenant inquiries and complaints.

• Ensuring that the propertys services and facilities meet or exceed tenant expectations.

• Leverage hospitality skills to enhance the overall tenant experience.

• Maintain tenant correspondence with quick response.

• Manage the tenancy report regularly.

• Monitor and evaluate the realization of operational expenditure so that it is in line with the predetermined budget.
