Trainer

Job Description:

• Deliver engaging product training and soft skills development.
• Facilitate online/offline training sessions.
• Support sales and merchandising efforts to increase product visibility and sell-out.
• Conduct shopfront checks to ensure proper product displays and branding.
• Provide feedback to drive continuous improvement in team performance and sales.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum S1 (Bachelors Degree) in any related field.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passionate about educating and developing people.
• Curious about current trends and technology - always updated and adaptable.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint); knowledge of other learning tools is a plus.
