주요업무 :

- 고객, 팀, 번역가 간의 커뮤니케이션을 유지.

- 고객사 웹툰 번역 프로젝트 일정 안내.

- 오퍼레이팅(작업 등록, 진행, 납품).

- 작업 반려.

- 대량 작업 관리.

- 이슈 리포트.

자격 요건 :

- 번역 결과물을 목표로 오퍼레이션 퀄리티를 유지할 수 있는 분.

- 번역 등에 대한 기초 지식이 있으신 분.

- 메뉴얼을 이해하여 내부 및 고객과의 커뮤니케이션을 책임을 가지고 이슈 발생시 신속하게 대응할 수 있는 분.

- 비즈니스 한국어 구사가 가능하여 내부 직원과 유연한 커뮤니케이션이 가능한 분 (읽기, 쓰기, 듣기, 최소 TOPIK 4급).

- 높은 책임감을 바탕으로 번역 작업들을 관리하고, 근무를 지속할 수 있는 자기 관리 능력을 보유하신 분.

- 컴퓨터 활용 능숙하여 자사 툴 활용에 문제 없으신 분.

- 한국 국외 거주자와 함께 일한 경험이 있으면 플러스.

- 한국의 직장문화를 잘 이해. 근무일:

월요일-금요일: 오후 5시-오후 9시

토요일 및 일요일: 오전 8시-오후 5시/오후 5시-오후 9시

PT Green Wind Culture is seeking a Translation Project Operator (Korean skilled)!

Jobdesc :

- Maintain communication between client, team, and translator.

- Manage and give information on client translation project schedule.

- Operating (task registration, progress, delivery).

- Refusal of work.

- Bulk task management.

- Issue report.

Requirements:

- A person who can maintain operational quality with the goal of translation results.

- Those with basic knowledge of translation, etc.

- A person who understands the manual, is responsible for internal and client communication, and can respond quickly when issues arise.

- Those who are fluent in business Korean and can communicate flexibly with internal staff (reading, writing, listening, TOPIK level 4 minimum).

- A person who manages translation tasks with a high sense of responsibility and has the self-management ability to continue working.

- Those who are proficient in using computers and have no problems using our tools.

- Experience working with Korean expats is a plus.

- Good understanding of Korean work culture. Working Days:

Monday-Friday: 5pm-9pm.

Saturday & Sunday: 8am-5pm/5pm-9pm.
