Qualifications:

• Minimum education of a Bachelors Degree in any major (preferably from a reputable university with a GPA of 3.00 or higher).
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills are a must.
• Experience and proficiency in using basic UI/UX design tools.
• Familiarity with web builder tools and the ability to read CSS and PHP structures.
• Knowledge of analytical dashboards and system design.
• A good foundation in graphic design.
• Willingness to be based in Cikarang, West Java.

Responsibilities:

• Actively research websites for the digital environment.
• Create prototypes for website design tools and implement them into WordPress.
• Be in charge of maintaining the companys websites.
• Conduct user interviews for internal software automation tools based on division needs.
• Be involved in digital campaign projects with the marketing team.
• Evaluate live websites and identify areas for improvement.
