Are you passionate about hospitality, detail-oriented, and love creating unforgettable guest experiences? As Villa Manager at Bali Bliss Estates in Uluwatu, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations of up to 10 luxury 1 bedroom villas and lead a dedicated team. You will be the go-to person for guests after booking confirmation, ensuring a warm welcome, flawless service, and smooth check-in to check-out experiences.

Youll oversee everything from arranging taxis and floating breakfasts to supervising villa staff and handling guest requests. With your leadership, each stay will feel effortless and every guest will leave with a smile.

• Serve as the main contact for all guest communication after booking

• Organize arrivals, check-ins, and check-outs with a personal and professional touch

• Coordinate services such as floating breakfasts, airport pickups, and other guest requests

• Solve issues calmly and efficiently, maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction

• Supervise and support villa staff (housekeeping, gardeners, pool attendants, etc.)

• Ensure villas meet premium cleanliness and presentation standards

• Step in and assist when necessary — you lead by example

• Manage and record all villa-related expenses through our financial system

• Work closely with the Bali Bliss team across Bingin and Canggu to maintain service excellence

• Competitive salary - flexible for full-time or part-time schedules

• Part-time option: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM work hours

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a villa or hospitality manager/ supervisor

• Deep understanding of housekeeping, operations, and guest service standards

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Passionate about delivering 5-star service and building guest loyalty

• Willing to take initiative, lead by example, and help wherever needed
