Bali.Love is Balis leading wedding organizer, dedicated to creating unforgettable, tailor-made wedding experiences. As we expand our services, we are introducing travel and accommodation solutions to enhance the wedding experience for our guests.

To support this exciting new addition, we are looking for a highly experienced Travel & Accommodation Specialist who understands luxury travel, guest experience, and Balis top hospitality offerings.

What Youll Do:

  • Assist couples and their guests with booking villas, hotels, and transportation.
  • Establish strong relationships with resorts, private villas, and accommodations to provide exclusive options for our clients.
  • Design personalized travel plans, including pre-wedding excursions, cultural experiences, and extended stays.
  • Assist with visas, travel insurance, last-minute changes, and guest inquiries.
  • Help grow Bali.Loves travel services into a key offering for our clients.
  • Ensure our wedding guests receive the best travel recommendations and experiences.

What Were Looking For:

  • Bali-based with 5+ years of experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or as a Travel Agent.
  • Extensive knowledge of Balis top hotels, villas, and transportation services.
  • Strong negotiation and partnership-building skills.
  • Ability to manage group bookings efficiently.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Tech savvy is preferable, able to learn new technology.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and client-first mindset.
