Wedding Sales Manager

Intanah Group develops, manages, and markets premium resorts and villas in Bali, with a strong focus on the destination wedding market. As an established operator and developer, we cater to one of the worlds most sought-after wedding locations. We are seeking a Wedding Sales Manager to handle sales inquiries and bookings from wedding clients. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with wedding planners, wedding organizers, wedding management, and clients; coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution; and representing the brand at wedding expos and industry events.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum two years of proven experience in wedding sales or hospitality sales

  • Strong understanding of the wedding market, particularly in Bali

  • Advanced negotiation and closing skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English

  • Ability to work independently and meet targets

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and client-focused
