Job Descriptions:
- Carry out research and data analysis related to business development plans.
- Assist in the creation and distribution/circulation of project supporting documents (examples: MOM, NDA, MOU, and PKS).
- Verify work eence/documents from potential partners.
- Receive, process, enter into the system and store invoices/documents from potential partners.
- Maintain and store eence of project administration work.
- Manage archive of important legal documents such as agreements, deeds and others
- Process payment requests, advances, and accountability via SAP and Workflow.
- Support organize the team s logistical needs such as meeting and meeting room reservations, transportation, business trips.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor s degree in Business Management / Economics / Engineering (Architecture, Civil, Urban Planning).
- Minimum 1 year of working experience with property developmentpany or property consultant will be a plus point.
- Computer literate (Ms. Office, Autocad, Google Earth).
- Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills with the ability to expresseas in a clear andprehensive manner.
- Fluent in English will be a plus point.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
