Job Purpose and Impact The Corporate Responsibility Officer, will support the administration and implementation of corporate responsibility programs and projects that benefitmunities. In this role, you will coordinate internal and external corporate responsibility programs and activities with employees, businesses and functions to advance thepany s purpose to be a global leader in nourishing the world in a safe, responsible and sustainable way. Key Accountabilities Support the administration and implementation of the assigned corporate responsibility programs and projects. Engage internal businesses and employees inmunity and volunteer activities. Collaborate within the global corporate responsibility team, internal businesses and functions. Develop and build favorable relationships withmunity partners. Help execute onmunications around CR activities to ensure internal and external stakeholders are informed of activities and results Coordinate and implement employee initiatives and events, including on going drives for charitable organizations, employee related activities and events, organize employee volunteer program. Support site team to execute CSR project based onmunity needs Other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor s degree in a related field or equivalent experience Strong Project management andmunication skills Able and willing to work in remote area, plantation conditions Other minimum qualifications may apply Preferred Qualifications Experience administering and coordinating charitable contributions, programs and projects
