Memberikan informasi, menerima & menangani keluhan nasabah yang menghubungi ke layanan Contact Center Perusahaan (Non Voice: Email / Chat / Social Media).

Kualifikasi :

Wanita, Belum Menikah, Usia maks 28 tahun

Penikan Minimal S1

Mampu berbahasa inggris dengan baik

Mampu menganalisa dan merespon masalah dengan baik dan cepat

Terampil menggunakan komputer (MS.Office) dan mampu mengetik cepat

Berpengalaman kerja sebagai Call Center/Contact Center min 1 tahun

Paham produk dan layanan perbankan (termasuk produk kartu kredit)

Siap bekerja secara shifting

Sudah vaksinasi co19 dosis Booster1 (ada sertifikat dari SATUSEHAT)
