˙ Menawarkan produk dari Bank CIMB Niaga berupa: BKPR, Mikro, KTA, Take Over kepada customer.

˙ Melaksanakan penjualan produk perbankan yaitu kredit perumahan, real estate atau jenis properti yang lain.

˙ Membangun kerjasama yang baik dengan pihak-pihak yang terkait seperti; pihak leasing, developer, nasabah dan lain-lain (stakeholder).

˙ Memberikan saran (advice) kepada calon nasabah atau nasabah.

˙ Mengelola nasabah dengan memberikan pelayanan terbaik untuk menjaga loyalitas nasabah.
