Compile, monitor, track SKP request Administer partnership and sales MoU, MoU progress and other requirements. Proing administration supports to Partnership and Sales team as needed Maintains relationship with clients by proing adequate assistance, supports, and information for MoU Visit on field for speakers permit letter to respective institutions (e.g, RSCM, RS Persahabatan) Collaborating and liasing with related departments to ensure documents are processed and proed timely Entry level/ 1 year experience in related positions Able to monitor and track SKP request to IDI/IAI/PPNI to fulfill deadlines. Able to monitor and track agreements with clients, vendor registration, speakers, etc. Able to monitor and track internal payments. Admin skills Microsoft Excel (Basic Level) and analyze data Able tomunication in english is a plus
