Manulife Indonesia Leadership Development Specialist will be responsible in Create Governance under Head COE Direction, Manage, Maintaining training materials for Sales Leaders/Managers for all Banca PB Channels. Additionally, this position will be the key personnel for COE for creating a High Performance of the Banca Channels Line Managers through proing coaching and quality team management skills mentoring. We are looking for someone with:
  • University degree from reputable university
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in designing and delivering Learning & Development Sales Training
  • Proven Coaching Skills (Certification will be a great bonus)
  • Demonstrated Project Management Skills
  • Great Communication, especially to manager level and above
  • Sales Experience in Insurance and Field Sales Team management experience are crucial
  • Proven Team Leadership & Management Skills
  • Ability to deliver training and create Training materials is a must
  • Negotiation Skills

On the job you will: Governance Oversee The Overall Sales Team Development strategy, training and evaluation framework,petency framework to fit the strategic sales direction for each distribution channel in Manulife Oversee the development of the Sales Team Leaders Manpower Strategy for the short and long-term, based on the sales targets and business imperatives for PB Channels to maximise impact to sales Work closely with the indiual Distribution channel heads to understand their sales strategy and ensure the COE partners with them closely to fulfil Sales Leaders development needs Strive for innovation in capability development and learning needs fulfilment to ensure that training curriculum development and dissemination can take place in a manner that is best-in class Planning Endorse the short-term and long-term Sales Team Development strategy for distribution channels Support the training needs analysis and training strategy across distribution channels Coordinate the effective planning and execution of recruitment and training initiatives for Sales Leaders across channels Endorse the recruitment and training gelines, policies and processes for Sales Leaders Develop Sales Leader talent movement principles (transfer, promotion, demotion), as required Day to Day Operations Oversee the channels that are being leveraged upon to fulfil sourcing requirements and drive improvement efforts and/or refinement of strategy, as required Ensure planning, development and training program are sufficient, focusing on the Sales Leaders Training Program, using knowledge of effective methods to meet the training need and target Review and evaluate training programs forpliance with the established standard Leadership and People Management Demonstrate and inspire leadership behaviors, create and maintain an energetic, positive, and collaborative culture Assist Department Leadership in manage, coach, and empower COE team to lead each functional to deliver on the key business metrics and ensurepliance with functional areas’ policies, procedures and controls Track Sales Leaders’ goals and conduct Sales Leaders performance reviews Coach and proe career development advice to Sales Leaders and team members Responsible for the Leadership knowledge management initiatives (build and support services) Personal Development Adopt AJMI culture of professionalism, integrity, effectiveness, dynamic, and customer centric attitude contributing to an internal environment of teamwork and promote positive brand image to Customers Undertake relevant training and personal development course as mapped by HR Department Comply with any specific responsibilities necessary as outlined by HR Department and ensure keep up to date with developments in these areas. Continuous Improvement Assist in creating sustainable improvements in Recruitment and Training COE Take proactive Lead and assist in supervise the performance of the team in doing projects for processes improvement so that projects can bepleted on time with results as expected Proactive in proing development especially in leadership skills training for COE team member, and support KPIs to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of each COE function within Recruitment and Training COE Measuring and Reporting Periodic reporting to Chief of Banca and COE Head on Leadership T&D activities, costs, and performance as well as progress against KPIs and distribution channels’ target goal and Ourmitment to you
