Manulife Indonesia Leadership Development Specialist will be responsible in Create Governance under Head COE Direction, Manage, Maintaining training materials for Sales Leaders/Managers for all Banca PB Channels. Additionally, this position will be the key personnel for COE for creating a High Performance of the Banca Channels Line Managers through proing coaching and quality team management skills mentoring. - Minimum 8 years of experience in designing and delivering Learning & Development Sales Training
- Proven Coaching Skills (Certification will be a great bonus)
- Demonstrated Project Management Skills
- Great Communication, especially to manager level and above
- Sales Experience in Insurance and Field Sales Team management experience are crucial
- Proven Team Leadership & Management Skills
- Ability to deliver training and create Training materials is a must
- Negotiation Skills
- Ability to build and manage relationships with the key internal stakeholders
- Financial Planning Skills (Certification will be a great Bonus)
