We are currently looking for a talented ERP Implementation Specialist to assist in implementing, customizing, and supporting our new ERP system. The successful candidate will join a dynamic organization and will be responsible for the end-to-end ERP setup and support to ensure smooth business operations.Job Summary:The ERP Implementation Specialist will oversee the deployment, configuration, testing, and daily maintenance of our ERP system. This position will work closely with multiple departments to ensure the system meets business requirements, train users, support them post-launch, and maintain system efficiency.Key Responsibilities:

• ERP System Setup & Configuration: Lead the implementation of the ERP based on our existing Systems Of Procedures, including the installation, configuration, and optimization of the system to fit organizational needs.
• Data Migration: Manage the process of importing data into the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• System Testing & Blueprint Development: Develop a comprehensive blueprint for the ERP usage across departments, test functionalities, and identify any areas for improvement.
• Training & Support: Train team members on how to use the system effectively and provide continuous support for any system-related issues.
• ERP Maintenance: Monitor system performance, ensure data integrity, troubleshoot errors, and keep the ERP system up-to-date with any necessary upgrades or patches.
• User Support: Serve as the go-to person for system-related issues, helping users with daily tasks and resolving bugs promptly.
• Continuous Improvement: Work with departments to refine processes, ensure alignment with the system, and improve business workflows through the ERP.
• Documentation: Create clear documentation and user manuals for training purposes and future reference.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in ERP implementation (preferably Dolibarr or similar Open Source systems).
• Strong understanding of ERP processes, particularly in the context of sourcing and trading companies.
• Proficiency in data migration, system testing, and user training.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide support.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in project management is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Available for an immediate start.
