Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Memastikan semua informasi terkait penjualan, seperti harga, jumlah, dan pelanggan, tercatat dengan benar
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim penjualan untuk memastikan kelengkapan data dan mengatasi potensi ketidaksesuaian
  • Melakukan print out Sales Order, Delivery Order, kwitansi cabang dari sistem SAP
  • Melakukan print out AR invoice, dan faktur pajak untuk dilakukan tukar faktur
  • Memfollow up GR pengiriman ke tim warehouse
  • Print out tanda terima tukar faktur dan melakukan tukar faktur dengan customer
  • Menanggapi pertanyaan atau permintaan informasi terkait data penjualan dari pihak internal atau eksternal

Kualifikasi :

Minimum pendidikan S1

Minimum pengalaman 1 tahun dibidang yang sama,

Memiliki pengalaman dibidang FMCG lebih diminati

Memiliki pengetahuan soal perpajakan merupakan nilai lebih

Mahir dalam mengoperasikan Ms Excel, dan sistem SAP
