Lighthouse Studios in Bali is seeking a Project Manager / Client Account Manager to work in our podcast & video studios. You will be responsible for managing the client experience for their studio productions, podcast services as and video editing projects. You must have experience working in a similar role managing clients & projects for either studio, production house, social media or digital marketing agency or similar.

Skills & Experience:

  • ⁠ ⁠At least 3 years working in a similar position
  • ⁠ ⁠Exceptional customer service experience
  • ⁠ ⁠Exceptional English written & spoken English
  • ⁠ ⁠Very high attention to detail
  • ⁠ ⁠Work under pressure with multiple projects at one time
  • ⁠ ⁠Ability to problem solve
  • ⁠ ⁠Working with team of 10
  • ⁠ ⁠Bonus if you have knowledge and experience of video production & podcasting

Full-time position for start ASAP.Bali based

Job Types: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months
