Kualifikasi :
  • Wanita berusia maksimal 30 tahun
  • Pendidikan S1 bidang pemasaran, bisnis atau bidang terkait
  • Pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun dalam bidang penjualan terutama yang bergerak dalam penjualan skincare
  • Menguasai software analisis data seperti Google Analytics atau Mixpanel
  • Kemampuan mengoperasikan perangkat lunak penjualan online seperti Shopee, Tiktok, Tokopedia dan platform e-commerce
  • Kemampuan berkomunikasi dan dapat memimpin team
Tanggung Jawab :
  • Menyusun konsep, design, eksekusi dan monitoring penjualan di marketplace
  • Mempresentasikan dan menganalisa data dengan jelas dan berkomunikasi dengan baik
  • Membuat dan merencanakan creative dan innovative campaign untuk marketplace dan digital marketing dan memastikan kegiatan on target/tepat waktu
  • Memahami dan mengikuti trend pasar serta consumer behavior
  • Memiliki pengetahuan mendalam tentang tren pemasaran digital saat ini, strategi, platform, algoritma sosmed, analitik dan periklanan di sosmed
  • Memahami copywriting, design & fotografi
  • Mampu mengoperasikan tools untuk online Ads seperti
Facebook Ads Manager, IG Ads, Google Ads & Youtube, Tiktok
  • Mengerti semua fitur yang ada di market place/e-commerce seperti voucher toko, flash sale, dll
