Job Qualifications

1.       Candidates must be at least S1 Law/SDM

2.       Have at least 2 years of experience in the field of legal licensing

3.       Understanding the GA & Legal working system

4.       Understand and master legal aspects such as company legality, legal drafting, contracts & legal reviews, agreements & permits, company assets

5.       Knowledge of Laws and Regulations related to the Companys operational activities

6.       Knowledge and experience to take care of licensing and matters related to litigation

7.       Understanding ISO 9001 ,ISO 14001, FSC, BSCI, SVLK

8.       Have good communication skills

9.       Have good English skills

10.   MS Office proficient

11.   Have skills in negotiation, and are used to processing data using Ms. excel

  1. Priority will be given to the Pasuruan area and its surroundings

Job Description

1.       Draft, review, and analyze corporate agreements and legal documents.

2.       Control and manage administration related to agreements, permits, assets, contracts, and legality of the company

3.       Providing legal opinions related to the legal and business aspects of the company

4.       Ensure the company complies with applicable rules and regulations.

5.       Ensuring that industrial relations can be established in a conducive and harmonious manner, both internally and externally so that there are no problems with industrial relations.

6.       Managing relationships with third parties, such as notaries, legal consultants, and other related agencies.

7.       Formulate the companys internal policies in accordance with laws and regulations.

8.       Planning goals and work programs for public affairs (security of company assets, provision of transportation, public services and licensing)

9.       Planning office needed / BPJS insurance needs and projects

10.   Planning for facilities and infrastructure needs

11.   Coordinating with the environment and related agencies
