Responsibilities

  • Handle Operational Production SKM and SKT (Production, Machine and Manpower)

  • Handle Schedule Production Management (team and person)

  • Handle Machine Maintenance and Performance Analysis

  • Handle Warehouse Management

  • Handle Waste Production Management

  • Handle Sparepart Management

  • Handle Support Production Management

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree of Engineering or equivalent experience

  • Min. 5 years of experience in Manufacture Industry (Preferably from Cigarettes Industry)

  • Understands Secondary Processes and Secondary Machinery 

  • Have a high dedication and motivation related to Quality Awareness

  • Able to manage sub-ordinate and use SAP system

  • Understanding ERP-SAP

  • Fluent communicate in English (written & conversation)
