• Comply with Health and Safety Regulations to achieve Zero Incidents (0 Incidents).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times in accordance with 5S principles.

• Adhere to work standards and the implementation of the DMS (Document Management System) to achieve 200 minutes MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).

• Conduct handovers between shifts to provide updates on pending tasks and issues for resolution by the following shift.
• Hold internal DDS (Daily Direction Setting) meetings to discuss priorities and daily work plans according to the urgency scale in the field.
• Perform handovers of work equipment between shifts to ensure that all equipment is complete and available according to standards and expected conditions.
• Carry out repairs on machine/utilities malfunctions as per the work plan, Work Orders, or incidental breakdowns (UPS) based on urgency and field requirements.
• Analyze machine breakdowns by reviewing repair logs (Maintenance Log) and the condition of the equipment to prevent recurring issues, using the IPS (Instrument Problem Solving) form.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery according to the preventive maintenance schedule to prevent breakdowns that could lead to Unplanned Stops (UPS) and disrupt production operations.

• Coordinate the procurement of work equipment and tools necessary to support maintenance operations.
• Provide regular updates on work status, results, repairs, and machine maintenance as reference for the following shifts work plan.
• Report progress and pending tasks that have not been completed in the Backlog report, whether due to lack of equipment, supplies, spare parts, or limited working hours.

• Educational Background in Diploma majoring at Electrical
• 2 years experience as technician
• Having Electrical HSE Expert Certification is an advantages
• Familiar with variouse printing machines such as Offset, Gravure, and Flexo
