QC Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Supervise and monitor daily production processes.

• Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications.

• Manage and lead the Quality Control (QC) team.

• Identify, investigate, and resolve quality-related issues.

• Develop, implement, and improve QC procedures and systems.

• Maintain accurate records and prepare QC reports.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control within the food manufacturing industry.

• Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).

• Familiarity with laboratory testing procedures.

• Proven experience in supervising QC teams, conducting performance evaluations, and providing training.

• Communicative-level English proficiency.

• Willing to attend offline interviews.

• Willing to work on shifting schedules.
